The marketing of fractional ownership has to date focused on a certain type of development, i.e. super-luxury resorts laden with facilities and services at a very high cost. This isn’t all it should be about. In a lot of ways it is potentially more benficial for people who don’t have loads of money.

I am trying to get houses in Reunion Resort to be fractionalized. It is the only way to survive in theses market conditions. Is there a market for these?

I would say that there would definitely be a market for fractional homes in Reunion Resort.
Be aware that fractionalizing isn’t a quick option, there are the legal considerations and costs. Also, you have to “sell” the same home more than once.
